TMI finishes in Top 10 in Track & Field State Championship, boys division

MAY 3, 2021 – This past weekend on Friday, April 30, and Saturday, May 1, our TMI Episcopal Track & Field team members competed in the State Championships held in Waco, TX. TMI fielded five athletes in seven events and placed in the Top 10 in the boys division. TMI Track & Field team advances to Regionals in 16 events, boys win District Championship

On Thursday, April 15, 2021, the TMI Track & Field team excelled in their competitions – advancing 16 events to Regionals. (All Gold and Silver medalist will move on to Regionals.) GIRLS TEAM The girls team scored an impressive 67 points, coming in 4th place with a limited number of participants. TMI Tennis wins State Championships!

With outstanding individual performances by our seniors and deep bracket runs by both of our doubles teams, TMI Panther Tennis achieved dual boys and girls state championships at the TAPPS 5A tournament earlier this week. After qualifying a school record of 12 participants for the state tournament, TMI locked up both state titles before play even started on the second day! Congrats to our players, coaches, and tennis parents on a wonderful conclusion to the tennis season. TMI Tennis Sweeps TAPPS 5A Division 4 District Tournament

3/24/21 – Congratulations to all 12 TMI Tennis players on qualifying for the TAPPS state tournament at the 5A Division 4 District Tournament on Tuesday, March 23. The TAPPS state tournament will be held in Waco, April 6-7.  Our TMI Tennis team athletes have had their eyes set on the state tournament this entire season and their hard work and determination showed at the District tournament on Tuesday. TMI placed 1st and 2nd in every division with the exception of Girls Singles, where they placed 1st and 3rd.
