This past weekend, April 8-9, 2022, TMI Latin students, accompanied by their teachers Claudia Monsalvez Clark and Alleyne Rogers, joined schools from across the state at Alamo Heights High School to take part in the annual Texas State Junior Classical League (TSJCL) Convention. The TSJCL is a state organization that is part of the larger National Junior Classical League, an organization for middle and high school students who are taking classics-related courses. This past weekend, April 11-12, 2014, TMI students attended the Texas State Junior Classical League Convention (TSJCL) in Austin. Faculty members Alleyne Rogers and Claudia Clark took 19 students from TMI who joined over 2,500 other Latin students from all over the state and gathered at Westwood High School for the annual TSJCL Convention. Fifteen TMI students placed in the top 10 of their academic tests.
