TMI seniors tapped to play college sports

Five senior athletes at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas were recognized for their intent to play college sports May 11 at a signing ceremony in the school’s Alkek Refectory.

Each student was introduced by his coach before the group signed certificates from the universities they plan to attend next fall.

They are: Phillip Greenfield, a track athlete who will attend Emory University, a Division III school; Cameron Campbell, lacrosse, Aurora University, Division III; Chris Pietraszkiewicz, cross-country, University of Texas at Austin, Division I; Wallace Schmuck, baseball, Birmingham-Southern College, Division III; and Cole Solis, University of the Incarnate Word, Division I.

All received Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) conference honors for their last season of high-school spring sports.
