Cadet Clark makes his first solo flight

On Friday, June 28, 2013, Cadet Jonathan “JAC” Clark flew a Cessna 172 solo for the first time. Cadet Clark was the recipient of the Daedalian’s Cadet Flight Indoctrination Program Scholarship this past spring. The Order of the Daedalians is a fraternal order of military pilots, and the local chapter, Stinson Flight#2, holds an annual competition for four coveted slots for pilot training. The awards and scholarship programs of the Order encourage patriotism, integrity, and good character in our nation’s youth. Cadet Clark is a member of the Class of 2014 and has been a member of the Corps of Cadets for 6 years.
