The Middle School tennis team from TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas won the Independent Schools Athletic League (ISAL) tournament held April 15 at McFarlin Tennis Center in San Pedro Park.
The Panthers won the overall team award for an accumulation of won matches, while eighth-grader Humberto Lobo won the gold medal in A level singles, and eighth-grader Pauline Wholey won the silver medal in B level singles.
The tournament was the final contest of the league’s tennis season. The Independent Schools Athletic League (ISAL) is comprised of 19 schools in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
