This year, the Texas Military Institute Corps of Cadets set another record for the most female cadets participating in the optional leadership program in over 129 years.
Forty-eight Lady Panthers gathered for the annual breakfast to welcome in the newest members of the Corps and share some bonding time with one another. The breakfast was organized and led by senior cadets Martha Toursarkissian, Gabby Beck, and Gretchen Tiede; Assistant Commandant Sergeant First Class Danielle Sandoval was the special guest at the breakfast where she spoke on the importance of bonding together and supporting one another.
These girls represent all grade levels across all sections of TMI life. There are athletes, cheerleaders, artists, writers, and future entrepreneurs. Each of them have all committed themselves to leading the way in their own way and we couldn’t be more proud of the standard they set for the Corps and for TMI.
