TAPPS released its All-State Cross Country teams via MileSplit.com and two TMI Panthers are at the top of the list. Both Franco ’24 (#2) and Marcelo ’24 (#1) Parra earned First Team honors after leading the TMI boys cross country team to its first-ever team state title. Congrats to Franco and Marcelo on their outstanding finish and All-State awards!
