The TMI Episcopal varsity boys basketball team won the Gateway Invitational Basketball Tournament, played Nov. 14-16 at Gateway Christian School.

The Panthers went 3-0 to win their pool and obtain the No. 1 seed. TMI defeated New Braunfels Christian Academy, 51-44, to win the championship and finish the tournament with a 5-0 record.

TMI players selected as All Tournament were Evan Amsler, Gunnar Goff, Cruise LaFreeda, and Connor LaFreeda was named tournament MVP.

The TMI boys varsity basketball team is now 11-0 for the season.
