Varsity track athletes from TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas captured top places in several events at the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) 4A state track championships, held May 9 at the Baylor University Track Complex in Waco.

Freshman Ana Ross placed second in the 1000m with a time of 5:26, third in the 800m with 2:26.43 and third in the two-mile race, setting a new school record and personal best of 11:37.91.

Junior LeSean Brown placed fourth in the triple jump, also setting a new school record and personal best with a distance of 43 feet, 8.25.
