The Texas Military Institute Corps of Cadets (JROTC) at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas has announced Cadet of the Month awards for January. Members honored are: Cadet Staff Sgt. Lincoln Abbott, a sophomore, of Alpha Company, as Upper School Cadet of the Month; and Cadet Ian Ogle, an eighth grader, of Charlie Company, Middle School Cadet of the Month.

These cadets were nominated by their companies to compete in the monthly contest. Cadets were inspected, quizzed on TMI Corps knowledge and local and national chains of command until there was one winner from each division.
