Seniors Elizabeth Spencer and Will Frost were chosen Homecoming Queen and King by students at TMI – The Episcopal School of Texas and announced at the Oct. 20 pep rally that kicked off the school’s Homecoming celebration. They were nominated by classmates and voted on by the entire student body. Other king and queen candidates nominated were: Milton Black, Nathanael Sherrod, Marian Amini and Taylor Watts.
Each of the other classes in grades six through 11 nominated and voted on their own royalty. Duchesses and dukes were elected as follows: Natalie Laia and Ethan Arellano, sixth grade; Karen Gallaway and Austin Miller, seventh grade; Michelle Fis and James Perlitz of Boerne, eighth grade; Hailey Carter and Gopinath Thangada, ninth grade; and Ana Kuri and Julian “JT” Plummer, 10th grade. Junior-class Homecoming prince and princess were Jose Luis de Alba and Lauren Chu.
Homecoming royalty also were recognized at halftime during the Oct. 21 Homecoming game.
