[March 18, 2025, San Antonio, TX] After six years of dedicated service to TMI Episcopal, Mr. Justin Kutscherousky will depart at the end of the 2024-2025 school year to pursue an exciting new opportunity as STEM Director at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. His leadership and vision have played a pivotal role in advancing innovation and design thinking at TMI, inspiring students and faculty alike.

Under Justin’s guidance, TMI expanded its Innovation & Design curriculum, enhanced its maker space capabilities, and fostered a culture of creativity and problem-solving that will continue to benefit students for years to come. His impact on experiential learning, STEM education, and collaborative initiatives has been invaluable.

TMI Episcopal has partnered with DovetailED to lead a national search for the next Director of Innovation and Design, ensuring the continued growth of this vital program.
