TMI Homecoming, 2009

TMI – The Episcopal School celebrated Homecoming 2009 with two days of traditional activities, Oct. 30-31. The festivities began with a spaghetti supper, bonfire and pep rally on the kickoff evening. Saturday events included alumni vs. student basketball and soccer games, a carnival that raised funds for student organizations and an AlumniFest that was well-attended by reunion classes starting with 1939. New this year was the Student Council’s first Homecoming Tailgate Party, serving a barbecue dinner before the big game. Homecoming had a happy ending when TMI’s gridiron Panthers scored a decisive victory, finishing 34-13 over the Bears from San Marcos Baptist Academy.
